PARAGON AWARD WINNERS - Andrew Ziffer, Z Real Estate LLC, was chosen as the 2008
National Apartment Association PARAGON Award Winner for 2008 in the Independent Rental
Owner Category (100 Units or Under) for the ownership and operation of his Cobb County
apartment community Chestnut Hill.  This award is the highest honor that an apartment owner/
operator can receive in the industry. There is an awards gala in Orlando at the end of June at the
National Apartment Associations national conference that Andrew will attend and receive the
award.  Andrew will not be alone in Orlando! Andrew will be joined by Brent Sobol, who won the
Builders, Owners & Developers Award for Best Garden/Townhouse Community (Pre 1979 - Over
150 Units) for his Shamrock Gardens Apartments in Atlanta.


May 22, 2008 - Andrew Ziffer, Z Real Estate, LLC, will be honored as winner of this year’s
National Apartment Association (NAA) PARAGON Award for Independent Rental Owner of the
Year, for Properties Owned with 100 Units or Under. The award will be presented at the Annual
PARAGON Ceremony June 28 during the NAA Education Conference & Exposition at the Gaylord
Palms Resort & Convention Center in Orlando, Fla.
The awards recognize the multifamily housing industry’s top executives, employees, affiliate
programs and communities.
NAA President Douglas Culkin, CAE, said, “As a strong national federation, an annual awards
program is one of the most critical programs we provide. By sharing profiles on the winning
individuals and organizations, all members of our industry are able to see these models of
excellence, and share in these best practices.”
